The Plantronics Manager Pro certification is designed for partners who plan or already have a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or Cloud practice with a portfolio of familiar Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C) applications, and who are probably already providing Managed Services. Partners will learn about the four SaaS Lifecycle stages (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) and how Plantronics Manager Pro empowers IT professionals and companies to manage headsets effectively with data and insights.

Ready to Apply?

Interested partners who meet the requirements and want to become Plantronics Manager Pro Certified must first apply to become eligible for the certification program. To do this, we ask that your senior management complete this short Application Form.

What happens after submitting your application?

Once approved by Plantronics as a suitable software partner, your senior management will be notified by email. Your nominated staff will then be able to access the Plantronics Manager Pro Sales and Technical Certifications on our University platform. We encourage you to invite additional sales and technical staff to participate in this valuable learning experience and become certified to sell, service and support Plantronics Manager Pro.

If Plantronics feels your company is not suited to sell and service Plantronics Manager Pro at this time, we will reach out and discuss these reasons with you.
